Acadlore Publishing House was established in 2022 and is a legally registered academic publisher headquartered in Hong Kong. The company is officially listed with the Hong Kong Companies Registry under registration number 3147612, and it holds a valid Business Registration Certificate numbered 73992161. Acadlore operates in full compliance with the legal and regulatory framework of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and is committed to transparent and ethical academic publishing.
Acadlore was co-founded by Professor Yougang Sun of Tongji University, together with a group of distinguished scholars from various academic disciplines. The founders envisioned building an international and academically rigorous publishing platform that promotes open access, interdisciplinary research, and global scholarly dialogue. These founding members continue to play a pivotal role in the publisher's development as part of the Acadlore Advisory Committee, which provides strategic guidance, ensures editorial integrity, and oversees ethical compliance.
The governance structure of Acadlore is clear and professionally organized. The Advisory Committee, composed of the founders and international academic experts, sets the strategic direction and monitors long-term planning and publication ethics. Each individual journal published by Acadlore is supported by its own external editorial team, comprising Editors-in-Chief, Associate Editors, and Executive Editors—many of whom are senior researchers and university professors. These teams are responsible for managing the peer review process, enforcing editorial policies, and ensuring the academic quality of their respective journals. They operate with editorial independence under strict ethical and peer-review standards.
In addition to these external academic boards, Acadlore's internal management team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the publishing house. This team oversees legal affairs, financial management, IT infrastructure, manuscript submission systems, production processes, author and reviewer support, indexing, and international dissemination. Acadlore’s internal staff are located across multiple offices, including its head office in Hong Kong, as well as operational branches in Shenzhen and Beijing. The distributed structure allows for efficient coordination across departments and timely support for authors and institutions in different regions. Furthermore, Acadlore maintains international editorial liaison offices in select countries to enhance local engagement and service delivery.

Prof. Dr. Enrico Lorenzini
National President of Italian Energy Management Association
Prof. Enrico Lorenzini is a distinguished figure in the field of energy management engineering, having made significant contributions to both academia and industry throughout his extensive career. He commenced his professional journey at the University of Bologna in 1980, initially serving as a professor of Nuclear Engineering. His expertise and dedication to the field were quickly recognized, leading to his promotion to full professor of Energy Management Engineering in 1994. During his tenure, Prof. Lorenzini also took on the role of Dean of the Faculty of Engineering from 1989 to 1995. In this capacity, he was instrumental in implementing substantial updates to both educational programs and research initiatives, thereby enhancing the academic environment and fostering a culture of innovation. For 18 years, Prof. Lorenzini chaired the Italian National Association for Energy Management (AIGE), where he was a strong advocate for energy efficiency and the integration of renewable resources into existing systems. His leadership helped drive forward the agenda of sustainable energy practices within the engineering community. Prof. Lorenzini's scholarly output is impressive, with around 260 publications to his name. These works often involved collaboration with globally respected scholars, including Nobel laureate Prof. Prigogine, and have contributed to advancing the understanding of energy management systems. Now serving as Professor Emeritus, Prof. Lorenzini remains actively involved in the academic community.

Prof. Dr. Wei Qian
The University of Texas at El Paso, a fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering
Prof. Qian Wei is a renowned academic, holding the title of Fellow at the American Institute of Medicine and Biological Engineering and National Distinguished Professor of China. He has held prestigious positions including Dean of the School of Medicine and Bioinformatics Engineering at Northeastern University, tenured professorships at the University of Notre Dame, University of South Florida, and the University of Texas, and the Allen Henry Distinguished Chair Professor at Florida Institute of Technology. He also served as a senior researcher at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Research Center. Prof. Qian’s career highlights include over 150 journal articles and international conference papers, along with six U.S. patents in medical imaging, three of which were commercially licensed to Kodak (now Carestream Health). His patents have significantly advanced breast cancer detection and diagnosis in the U.S. Prof. Qian's research primarily focuses on computer-aided cancer diagnosis, medical big data analysis, and the application of artificial intelligence in medical imaging. His work includes the development of advanced computer-assisted analysis (CAD) systems for cancer detection using digital mammography, lung CT images, and molecular imaging. Recently, Prof. Qian has returned to China to lead efforts in automating and enhancing the intelligence of clinical medicine and medical information systems. Prof. Dragan Marinković
Technical University of Berlin
Professor Dr. Dragan Marinkovic is a distinguished full professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nis in Serbia and holds a senior lecturer position at the Berlin Institute of Technology (TU Berlin) in Germany. He earned his Mechanical Engineering Diploma from the University of Nis and later completed his PhD at Otto-von-Guericke University in Magdeburg, Germany, distinguishing himself in both academic and research circles. Prof. Marinkovic has developed a robust teaching and research portfolio primarily focused on Structural Mechanics, Transport, and Logistics. His role as Editor-in-Chief of the Facta Universitatis series in Mechanical Engineering allows him to significantly influence these fields. Additionally, he is an active member on the editorial boards of several prestigious international journals. His research interests are broad and innovative, concentrating on structural analysis and the development and application of advanced finite element methods. These methods are particularly tailored for coupled-field effects and incorporate cutting-edge real-time simulations using virtual reality. Moreover, Prof. Marinkovic explores critical issues in transport, logistics, decision-making, and optimization. Prof. Dr. Zaiquan Wang
Vice President of Qingdao University of Technology
Professor Dr. Zaiquan Wang serves as the Vice President of Qingdao University of Technology and is a distinguished professor, doctoral supervisor, and Second-Level Professor. He is the director of the Qingdao Key Laboratory of Geotechnical Mechanics and Nearshore Underground Engineering, mainly engaged in research and teaching in rock mechanics and underground engineering. He has worked consecutively at Wuhan University of Technology and China University of Mining and Technology before joining Qingdao University of Technology in 2000. Wang is recognized as a national candidate for the New Century Millions of Talents Project, a National Outstanding Teacher, a recipient of a Special Government Allowance from the State Council, a prominent mid-young expert with outstanding contributions in Shandong Province, the chief expert in engineering mechanics among Shandong universities, and a top professional talent in Qingdao City. He has served on several committees, including the National Science and Technology Awards, major national science and technology projects, the Chang Jiang Scholars Program, the National Natural Science Foundation, and multiple provincial science and technology awards committees. Previously, he was the vice-chairman of the Higher Vocational Education Mining Teaching Guidance Committee under the Ministry of Education, the vice-chairman of the Youth Work Committee of the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, and a member of the Geotechnical Mechanics Committee of the Chinese Society of Mechanics. As the first author or corresponding author, he has published over fifty research papers and authored a monograph titled "Research on the Stability of Complex Slope Engineering Systems." He has also supervised five postdoctoral researchers, nine PhD candidates, and over fifty master's students.

Prof. Dr. Željko Stević

Dr. Željko Stević is an esteemed Associate Professor at the University of East Sarajevo, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering Doboj, and holds a PhD in Transport and Traffic Engineering from the University of Novi Sad. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yavuz
Necmettin Erbakan University
Professor Dr. Mehmet Yavuz is a Full Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Sciences at Necmettin Erbakan University, Turkey. He received his BSc in Mathematics from Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University in 2009 and earned both MSc (2012) and PhD (2016) degrees in Applied Mathematics from Balıkesir University. He conducted postdoctoral research at the Department of Mathematics, University of Exeter, UK, during 2019–2020. Prof. Yavuz's research spans a wide range of topics in applied and theoretical mathematics, including biomathematics, infectious disease and population dynamics, stochastic analysis, calcium signaling, fractional-order systems, bifurcation theory, and dynamical control. He has published over 120 peer-reviewed journal articles, 60 conference papers, and 12 book chapters in international volumes. Additionally, he has served as editor for six academic books with recognized publishers. In recognition of his contributions, Prof. Yavuz has received multiple national and international awards, including two gold medals for international research collaboration and three awards for scientific productivity in science and engineering disciplines. Since 2021, he has been listed among the world’s top 2% of most-cited scientists, based on metrics such as citations and h-index, in global rankings compiled by Elsevier and Scopus in collaboration with Stanford University. Prof. Dr. Laura NICOLA-GAVRILĂ

Professor Dr. Laura Nicola-Gavrilă is a Full Professor in Business Informatics at Spiru Haret University in Romania. She holds a PhD in Cybernetics and Statistics from the University of Craiova and has built a strong academic and research profile in both undergraduate and postgraduate education. Her teaching covers Information Technology, eBusiness, Programming Languages, Databases, and Decision Support Systems for Management and Finance. Her research is interdisciplinary, focusing on knowledge management, organizational reengineering, intelligent financial agents, and collaborative digital platforms. Prof. Nicola-Gavrilă has participated in numerous national and international research projects, both as a principal investigator and expert evaluator. She has evaluated major programs across Europe, including Romania, Spain, Ireland, Bulgaria, and Serbia, such as PN-III-CEI, AGAUR Innovation, MSCA, EUREKA, and the Science Fund of Serbia. As Manager of the European Center for Managerial Studies and Business Administration (CESMAA), she is responsible for strategic research planning, coordinating teams, and securing EU funding. She has led initiatives promoting entrepreneurship, women’s leadership, and digital career development. Her work at CESMAA helps position the center as a leading hub in applied management research. Additionally, Prof. Nicola-Gavrilă oversees indexing and abstracting at RITHA Publishing House, helping integrate academic journals into major databases such as Scopus, Web of Science. Prof. Dr. Yougang Sun
Tongji University
Professor Yougang Sun is an Associate Professor at Tongji University's Institute of Railway and Urban Rail Transit, where he also fulfills the role of a doctoral supervisor. He earned his PhD from Tongji University in 2017, with a specialization in vehicle dynamics and control, laying a strong foundation for his subsequent academic and research pursuits. Professor Sun's research is primarily concentrated on the development and enhancement of maglev trains, underactuated robots, wave compensation systems, and machine vision technologies. His work in these areas not only advances the field of intelligent transportation but also contributes to the broader scope of automation and robotics. As an active participant in the international academic community, Professor Sun has assumed pivotal roles at numerous prestigious forums and conferences. He was the Co-Chair of the International Conference on Frontiers of Intelligent Manufacturing and Automation (CFIMA 2023) and has played a significant role as the Program Chair of the 25th International Maglev Conference (MAGLEV 2022). Additionally, he chaired the 11th National Conference on Maglev Technology and Vibration Control, showcasing his expertise and leadership in the field of maglev technology. She is an accomplished researcher with expertise in molecular biology, plant genetics, and bioinformatics, with over five years of international research experience. Before joining Acadlore, Guo was involved in various research and management roles, contributing significantly to areas such as genetic diversity analysis, molecular breeding, and data-driven project optimization. At Acadlore, Guo serves as a Senior Managing Editor, overseeing journal operations, managing the peer review process, and ensuring high academic and technical standards. Additionally, she takes on the role of Handling Editor for the journal OF, while also leading marketing initiatives for several journals under Acadlore. Dr. Hualin Shi (Responsible for Process Management)
Hualin Shi earned his Ph.D. from the Institute of Electrical Engineering (IEE) at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and is a Senior Electrical Engineer and registered Electrical Engineer. Before joining Acadlore, his work focused on research and management in areas such as motor technologies, evaporative cooling, electrical grids, and innovative electrical technologies. At Acadlore, Shi serves as a Senior Managing Editor. He manages journal operations and the peer review process, ensuring that reviews are both comprehensive and impartial. He also plays a key role in guiding authors through the publication process and maintaining high academic and technical standards within the journal. Ms. Claire Liu (Responsible for Public Relations & Marketing)
Before joining Acadlore, Claire gained significant experience in higher education and international collaborations, holding key roles such as Director of Marketing and Recruitment at Bard College and Program Manager for Global Collaborations at Johns Hopkins University. Here, she excelled in developing partnerships with governments, universities, and social groups, earning the "Outstanding Contributor" award from the American Universities China Association twice. Claire also worked as a Marketing Associate at China State Construction Engineering Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, where she refined her skills in managing cooperative relationships. At Acadlore, Shao serves as Managing Editor, with a focus on internal talent management to drive operational efficiency and team development. Ms. Shuailu Jiang (Responsible for Production)
Jiang obtained a Master's degree from Inner Mongolia University of Science & Technology in 2019. After graduating, Jiang joined MDPI, a leading publisher of open access scientific journals. In this role, Jiang serves as a manuscript editor and special issue editor for two of MDPI's journals, handling the intricate processes of manuscript submission, peer review, and publication. In addition to these responsibilities, Jiang is also in charge of promoting and maintaining the journals' presence on various social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and WeChat. Ms. Chenhui Tang (Market Development and Academic Collaboration)
Chenhui Tang earned her Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has published research in prestigious journals such as Ophthalmology, focusing on virtual reality technology, eye-tracking, and medical image processing, showcasing her expertise in biomedical research. At Acadlore, Tang serves as a Managing Editor, responsible for market development for selected journals and fostering collaborations between Acadlore and academic institutions, associations, and research institutes in mainland China. She also works with universities and researchers to establish new journals under Acadlore’s platform, supporting the expansion and diversification of its academic publishing portfolio.

Mr. Wei Wang (Responsible for IT)
Wei Wang graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Beijing Jiaotong University, followed by a Master's degree in Financial MBA from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Before joining Acadlore, Wang served as the Chief Technology Officer of a publicly-listed technology and government service company, where he led multiple high-impact projects and spearheaded innovations in public sector digital services. He is also the founder of Beijing Utech Connected Technology Co., Ltd., a company specializing in advanced network solutions and services. Wang is highly proficient in JavaScript and has extensive experience in managing complex web engineering systems. His expertise extends to developing scalable and robust technology frameworks, which have consistently delivered enhanced functionality and improved user experiences. His technical acumen, combined with a strategic approach to business and technology integration, has significantly contributed to his success in the tech industry, making him a respected leader and innovator.
