Hong Kong, August 2026 — Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics (PEET) has been accepted for coverage in Scopus following an evaluation by the Scopus Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB).
The evaluation confirms that PEET satisfies Scopus requirements regarding editorial governance, publication ethics, peer-review procedures, and relevance to the fields of power engineering and engineering thermophysics. In accordance with Scopus indexing policy, the journal’s start coverage year is applied retrospectively from the year of selection minus four years. As PEET was launched in 2022, all articles published since its first volume will be included in Scopus.
PEET is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published under a CC-BY license, providing unrestricted access to scholarly research in power engineering, engineering thermophysics, energy conversion, heat transfer, thermofluid processes, thermal energy systems, and related interdisciplinary topics. The journal maintains transparent editorial processes and applies rigorous peer-review standards.
The inclusion of PEET in Scopus represents a formal step in the journal’s indexing status. The editorial team will continue to focus on consistent editorial practices, international participation, and the publication of well-documented research within its defined scope.
The editors acknowledge the contributions of authors, reviewers, and editorial board members who have supported the journal’s development.
