The International Journal of Transport Development and Integration (IJTDI) is published by Acadlore Publishing Services Limited starting from Issue 4, Volume 9 (2025). The journal was previously published by International Information and Engineering Technology Association.

This change concerns the publishing and service platform only. The aims and scope, editorial policies, and peer-review principles of the journal remain continuous and unchanged. The Editorial Board continues in its existing structure, with no alteration to core membership or responsibilities. A limited expansion has been introduced to support broader international participation.

IJTDI continues to follow its established academic and editorial framework. Under the new publisher, the journal works in accordance with the policies adopted by Acadlore Publishing Services Limited, with further reinforcement of procedures related to publication ethics, peer-review conduct, authorship responsibility, conflict of interest disclosure, data integrity, and the handling of research misconduct. Editorial decisions remain independent and are made solely by the editorial team.

The journal now operates through a more structured submission and review system, designed to maintain complete editorial records and transparent decision processes. These arrangements build upon the existing review practice and provide greater procedural consistency and service stability for authors and reviewers.

The Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board continue to guide the academic direction of IJTDI. The journal maintains its established standards and research focus without interruption.

IJTDI thanks its authors, reviewers, and partners for their continued cooperation and trust. The journal will proceed with its work on the basis of continuity and strengthened procedures, serving the scholarly community in the field of transport development and integration.
