In learning activities, various problems can arise from the child and from the teacher. Individual learning success is influenced by various factors, both internal (sourced from within oneself) and external (sourced from outside or the environment ). One of the efforts to improve the quality of learning is to provide tutoring. Tutoring services that can help the development of students include religious guidance, personal guidance, social guidance, study guidance and career guidance.

Teachers must have adequate skills in increasing all the potential of early childhood (Prestiadi et al., 2020). Teachers must also have creativity in the learning process, especially at the elementary school level because this is an impmiant role for teachers in improving children's growth and development. Creativity according to Semiawan is modifying a finished product into something new or there is an old concept that is combined into a new concept (Semiawan, 2009). Tutoring is an assistance from the supervisor to be guided in dealing with and solving learning problems. Guidance aims to help children in overcoming learning problems. The message and information conveyed must be accepted by the recipient of the message by using one of the combinations of several senses through the media in the form of content or teaching materials (Sadiman, 2010). According to Kustiawan (2018), learning media are everything used by teachers to deliver subject matter to students in order to achieve learning objectives. Various forms and types of educational media used by teachers are a source of knowledge for students (Prestiadi et al., 2020). To prevent and overcome various kinds of problems in learning, it can be done by using the guidance method. There are two kinds of guidance methods, namely the individual method and the group method.

a. Individual Method

Individual learning looks at the behavior or activities of teachers in teaching which focuses on providing assistance and tutoring to each student individually.

b. Group Guidance Method

This method is used to help students solve problems through group activities. Problems solved can be group, which is shared by the group (several students ) or individual or individual, namely problems that are felt by individuals (one student) as members of the group. The implementation of group guidance, among others, is intended to help overcome common problems or help an individual who is facing a problem by placing it in a group life.

There are several types of group guidance methods that can be applied in tutoring services, including:

a) Home Room Program

Guidance activities are carried out by the teacher and su1dents in the classroom outside of class hours. This program is carried out by creating a school condition like home so as to create a free and fun environment

b) Group Discussion

Group discussion is a way for students to get the opportunity to solve problems together. Each student has the opporUmity to express their own thoughts in solving a problem. For example, helping to solve a learning problem.

c) Group Activities

Group activities are a good technique, because groups provide opportunities for individuals (children) to participate properly, these activities can encourage children to help each other so that positive social relations can be developed properly. Group activities that can be used by children include playing together, carrying out joint cleaning, joint recreation and picket together.

d) Remedial Teaching

Remedial teaching is a form of learning that is given to a person or several students (children) to help the learning difficulties they face. This technique can be carried out individually or in groups depending on the learning difficulties encountered.

Quality is change. This means that the concept of quality does not remain valid for a lifetime, but the concept of quality will always be dynamic in accordance with the times. Quality of learning refers to the learning process in schools and learning outcomes that follow the needs and expectations of educational stakeholders. Quality in the learning process can be grouped into input quality, process quality, and learning output quality. The quality of learning input is everything related to the input for the learning process in schools. The following are some indicators that can be operated as learning inputs, namely; have high achievement expectations and are stakeholder focused. The tutoring program in Pasir Sari Village has implications for teacher performance, namely with students close to the teacher in the tutoring program, the teacher knows more about students' abilities so that it is easier for teachers to choose strategies or learning methods that will be applied in teaching. In addition, the u1toring program also has implications for the learning process in the classroom, namely with the enthusiasm of su1dents participating in the learning process. The tutoring program in Pasir Sari Village really focuses on su1dents so that it has implications for the creation of high learning effectiveness, namely the enthusiasm of students participating in the learningprocess at school is quite satisfying when there are several tests or exams. Debriefing alone will not provide optimal results if the teacher or prospective teacher lacks sensitivity to the environment (Hardiyanti et al., 2020)
